Investors today expect instant access to accurate, transparent information, while IR teams face increasing workloads and fragmented data sources. In this joint session, BKW and Interaction Partners introduce DIRO – the Digital Investor Relations Officer, an AI-powered solution designed to enhance investor access and engagement.
A key highlight of the session will be BKW’s real-life experience with DIRO, sharing practical insights into implementation, usage and impact within a listed company environment.
DIRO integrates directly into the company’s IR website and provides real-time, source-backed answers to investor and ESG-related questions based exclusively on published disclosures. The solution enables faster, more transparent communication while reducing repetitive workload for IR teams.
Using BKW as a real-world case study, the session will demonstrate how DIRO:
- delivers instant, reliable answers 24/7
- improves transparency through fully traceable sources
- provides insights into investor interests and trends
- supports IR teams with efficiency and scalability
